Brookside Christian Academy respects your privacy and gives users the ability to request deletion of their BCA Parent Hub account.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, email [your support email] with the subject line:

BCA Parent Hub Account Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your BCA Parent Hub account

What Happens When Your Request Is Received

After verifying your identity, we will delete your BCA Parent Hub account and associated personal information.

This includes:

  • Account profile information
  • Messages and communications associated with your account
  • Other personal information stored within the app

Certain information may be retained if required by law or for legitimate school recordkeeping purposes.
